New Czech-Canadian Company HUTIRA TROPP CORPORATION
In 2003, we established a Czech-Slovak-Canadian company called the HUTIRA TRADING CORPORATION, which was registered in Canada, in the province of Alberta. The company was focused primarily on trading. It realised some projects, but because the owners were natural persons and with regard to the company’s expected development and the purchasing of interests by Mr Tropp in several leading Canadian companies, in the end we decided on a different organisation, where the owners will be legal entities. This led, in March 2023, to the establishment of the new HUTIRA TROPP CORPORATION, where HUTIRA s.r.o. has 40% and Tropp Holding Ltd. has 60%. Radek Kundrata was nominated as the secretary treasurer and Maros Tropp acts as the statutory representative and the company’s president.

Focus and Aims of New HUTIRA TROPP CORPORATION
HTC’s aim will be to look for opportunities and develop cooperation options both in the sense of deliveries of technology and equipment from Europe to Canada and the other way round, across all sectors—the gas, power and water industries, where the main interest will be focused on, in particular, the development of biomethane in Canada. All in accordance with HUTIRA’s philosophy and focus.

Benpro Technologies
Benpro Technologies bends pipes for the oil and gas industries. The actual technological process of bending is realised in two ways. Bending using induction heating up to a pipe diameter of 36”. Cold bending up to a pipe diameter of 20”.
The company also bends steel sections for the construction industry and agricultural machines.
The company includes a division for the application of surface finishing and protection from corrosion for bent pipes.
Prooftest Consulting
Prooftest Consulting performs destructive and non-destructive testing of steel materials and welds. Testing is performed in accordance with ASTM and ISO standards. The company also performs failure analysis for customers from the oil, gas and construction industries.
A new method of determining the state of fatigue of steel structures, pipes and welds is checking and assessing the degree of material fatigue under stress in operating conditions. The company currently uses this method for assessing the fitness level of material or its failure.
HUTIRA s.r.o.
HUTIRA provides comprehensive deliveries of products, equipment and services in the gas and water industries, offers comprehensive solutions for processing biogas into biomethane and its subsequent use and, last but not least, a wide spectrum of production and supplier solutions for the energy sector.
We have been active on the market for more than 30 years and are not afraid of new challenges and opportunities. We have enriched the Czech market with a range of interesting products that were originally only available abroad. They include, for example, ground modules enabling the underground installation of gas control equipment , small water-meter shafts and farm gas pressure regulation stations. There are thousands of installations of all these products in the Czech Republic. We are, however, developing our own innovative solutions. Examples include our unique HUTIRA CCW water treatment plants and technology for pushing biomethane into the gas network – HUTIRA green gas.
