An agricultural biomethane station will be established in Litomyšl
One of the first biomethane stations in the Czech Republic will be built in Litomyšl in the Svitavy region. The agricultural cooperative of breeders and growers will expand the use of biogas produced at its station. It will continue to produce electricity from it, and for this it will clean the biogas into biomethane, which will be another source of energy. They then push it into the gas distribution network. They will also build a pumping station for compressed natural gas. The investment is for 50 million crowns, the company said in a press release.
