We executed complete gas distribution system for a new poultry farm in Pohořelice
We have completed another reference that expands our gas portfolio. This involved the execution of a site-specific medium-pressure (MP) gas pipeline for a newly constructed poultry grow-out facility and chicken feeding station. We managed the entire project comprehensively for the client, with the goal of ensuring a reliable, safe, and efficient heat supply for the entire breeding station complex. Our delivery also included complete project management and the preparation of the project documentation for the entire contract.
As part of the project, we installed both internal and external gas pipeline. Specifically, we welded and installed 288 meters of internal low-pressure (LP) gas pipeline distribution inside the hall. We also laid 141.4 meters of external gas middle-pressure pipeline made of PE100 material and interconnected both distribution systems.
On the middle-pressure section of the gas pipeline, we installed a new DN50 metering station, equipped with a G65 rotary gas meter for precise consumption measurement. At the end of the middle-pressure gas pipeline, we then installed an ME5 regulation station. Its task is to regulate the newly laid middle-pressure gas pipeline while also ensuring the connection and pressure regulation into the subsequent low-pressure hall distribution system.
Technical data and description of the gas pipeline (MP main line):
- PE 100RC dn63 – 45,1m
- PE 100RC dn90 – 30,2m
- PE 100RC dn160 – 66,1m
