In Pohořelice, we executed complete gas distributions for a new poultry farm
We have completed another significant reference that expands our gas portfolio. This involved the execution of a site-specific medium-pressure (MP) gas distribution system for a newly constructed poultry grow-out facility and chicken feeding station. We managed the entire project comprehensively for the client, with the goal of ensuring a reliable, safe, and efficient heat supply for the entire breeding station complex. Our delivery also included complete project management and the preparation of the project documentation for the entire contract.
As part of the project, we installed both internal and external distribution systems. Specifically, we welded and installed 288 meters of internal low-pressure (LP) hall distribution. In addition, we laid 141.4 meters of external MP distribution pipe made of PE100 material on the site, and interconnected both distribution systems.
On the MP section of the gas pipeline, we installed a new DN50 metering station, equipped with a G65 rotary gas meter for precise consumption measurement. At the end of the MP gas pipeline, we then installed an ME5 regulation station. Its task is to regulate the newly laid MP gas pipeline while also ensuring the connection and pressure regulation into the subsequent LP hall distribution system.
Technical data and description of the gas pipeline (MP main line):
- PE 100RC dn63 – 45,1m
- PE 100RC dn90 – 30,2m
- PE 100RC dn160 – 66,1m
